Most sites ask you to believe their traffic numbers. This one just shows you. Every
visitor below is real and arriving live, counted by a first-party endpoint that
resolves the country and throws the IP away. No analytics vendor sees any of it — and
neither do we, beyond what is on this page.

sponsor
This is the audience. Two narrow rails run beside it.
Four small cards sit in the margins of every page in the archive — the death list,
each verdict, the comparison tool, the graveyard. One logo, one line, one link,
labelled sponsored, always. You have just watched the traffic they sit in front of,
on the same dashboard we use ourselves. Nothing on this page is a projection.
from $15 / month · sponsorship buys placement, never a verdict
where a slot sits
Four slots, two either side. Higher slots are seen first and cost more. They stay
put while people read.
How this page works
A dashboard that sells sponsorship should be auditable. Here is exactly what is
collected, what is thrown away, and what you are looking at.
the IP never lands
Every page posts a view to a small first-party endpoint. That endpoint reads the
request’s IP, turns it into a two-letter country code, and
throws the IP away — it is never written
down, logged, or forwarded. There is no Google Analytics on this site, and no third
party receives any of it.
no cookie, no identity
The only identifier is a random id in the tab’s
sessionStorage. It dies when the tab closes, so
there is no cookie, no cross-site tracking, and no way to recognise anyone on a
second visit. Visitors sending Do Not Track or
Global Privacy Control are never counted, and known crawlers are dropped.
the globe is not a location
Each visitor is plotted at their country’s geographic
centroid — a dot over Kansas means
“the United States”, nothing more precise, ever. Land is sampled from
Natural Earth; the flags are real flag artwork.
aggregated before it leaves
The raw visitor rows are not readable from this page at all. Two database functions
return finished aggregates and nothing else — the live figures every 5 seconds, the
range charts every 60. Engaged counts a session that
opened a second page or was still there after 30 seconds.
