The backstory

Wysa delivers structured CBT exercises through a conversational interface with clinical evidence behind it. That evidence base matters, and health systems buy it for that reason. But a large share of consumer usage moved to general chat products, which are more fluent and free — a shift with real safety questions attached that the clinical products are better placed to handle.

Escape hatches

switching could free up $1,188/yr
