The backstory
Typeface raised a great deal to solve enterprise brand-safe content generation, training on a company's own assets so output sounds and looks like the brand rather than like a generic model. The thesis was sound and the moat was thin: Adobe embedded the same idea into Firefly and Creative Cloud, Canva did it for everyone else, and frontier models with a style guide in context get remarkably close for free. Enterprise governance is the remaining differentiator.
