The backstory
Todoist is a cross-platform task manager known for fast natural-language input, projects, labels, and reliable sync across every device. Assistants can manage to-dos now, but they don't replace the habit, structure, and everywhere-sync people have built their personal systems around. Todoist survived because task management is sticky: the daily habit, quick capture, and dependable cross-device presence outweigh a generic assistant handling a list.
