The backstory
Swimm attached documentation to code and used static analysis to flag docs that drifted out of date after a change. The premise was that understanding an unfamiliar or legacy codebase required a maintained written layer. Agents now read the repository directly and answer questions about any file, call path or migration on request, with no upkeep burden. Documentation that must be maintained loses badly to an explanation generated from the current source.
