The backstory
Stable Audio's differentiator is provenance: it was trained on a licensed catalogue, which makes it usable by brands and agencies whose legal teams will not approve a model with murky training data. That is a real advantage in commercial work and almost worthless in consumer adoption, where the competition is free and nobody asks.
