The backstory
Spinach targets agile ceremonies specifically, joining a standup, capturing what each person committed to and updating tickets so the ritual produces artifacts rather than only minutes. Focusing on a workflow rather than transcription was the right instinct. It is still a bot joining a call that increasingly summarises itself for free, and Atlassian is building the same automation into Jira, which is where the tickets already live.
