The backstory
Porter's trade is letting a team keep cloud credits, compliance posture and data residency while getting a Heroku-grade workflow on top of their own Kubernetes. Agents that emit competent Terraform undercut the argument that this is too hard to do yourself. The counter-argument is operational rather than authorial: generated infrastructure still has to be upgraded, patched and paid for, and Porter sells the ongoing ownership of that, which is the part no one wants an agent to own alone.
