The backstory
PandaDoc creates proposals, quotes, and contracts with templates, then handles e-signature and tracks when a client opens or signs. AI can draft the proposal text now, which erodes the writing part of the pitch. It's WOUNDED because the durable value is the workflow around the document, legally valid e-signing, approval routing, payment collection, and open tracking, which is far more than generating words.
