Nutshell is an SMB CRM combining pipeline management, email sequences and reporting at a low price. ChatGPT can draft outreach and summarize notes, but it cannot be the shared system of record that tracks every contact, deal and activity across a team. The structured relationship data and workflow enforcement are the moat, not the copy. Nutshell survives because AI writing is a feature it can add, not a replacement for the database.
