The backstory
Miro is a collaborative online whiteboard where teams run workshops, map processes, and brainstorm together in real time on an infinite canvas. AI can generate diagrams and docs, but it can't replace dozens of people editing the same board live with sticky notes, voting, and facilitation. Miro survived because real-time multiplayer collaboration is the product; AI just drops generated content onto the canvas the team already works in.
