The backstory
Lucidchart is a diagramming tool for flowcharts, org charts and system diagrams built by dragging shapes on a canvas. Models now emit Mermaid and other diagram markup instantly from a plain description, undercutting the slow manual drawing that was Lucidchart's bread and butter. It is wounded because quick diagrams are increasingly a prompt away, but it holds real ground in team collaboration, large complex diagrams, data-linked visuals and enterprise integrations where a rendered code snippet isn't enough. The casual chart is the part at risk.
