The backstory
Lottielab is a collaborative editor for Lottie files, the vector animation format used in mobile and web interfaces. Generative video tools make pixels, not tiny resolution-independent JSON that a developer can theme and control at runtime. That format requirement is a moat: product animations must be editable, lightweight and interactive. Lottielab sits in a technical niche the video models do not touch.
