The backstory
Legora emerged from Europe as the most credible challenger to Harvey in law firm AI, winning magic circle and large US firms with an interface built around how lawyers actually work rather than a chat box: a tabular review grid for running the same question across hundreds of documents. Competing with a better-funded rival and with the underlying models themselves is the position every legal AI company is in, and workflow design is the differentiator that has held up best.
