Greenhouse is the system of record for hiring — job requisitions, structured interviews, compliance reporting, EEO data. AI made resume screening and interview-question generation cheap, which Greenhouse and its ecosystem absorbed. Regulatory scrutiny of automated hiring decisions actually increases the value of an auditable ATS.
