The backstory
Designs.ai bundled a logo maker, video maker, speech generator and banner tool into a single subscription for small businesses who could not afford a designer. Every component of that bundle is now free or near-free at higher quality from a different direction, and Canva assembled the same bundle with vastly better distribution and craft. Being an aggregator of commoditising features is the least defensible position in this entire archive.
