Calendly
Scheduling automation.
why this verdict
Keep paying — OpenAI has not replaced it

The backstory
Calendly removes the back-and-forth of booking meetings: you share a link and people pick open slots on your real calendar. An AI assistant can propose times, but Calendly's value is the polished booking pages, availability rules, payment collection and deep integrations with calendars, video calls and CRMs. It has also become a habit both sides recognize. It survived because the scheduling network and integrations are sticky in ways a chatbot's suggestion isn't.
