Bardeen automates repetitive browser chores, scraping pages, copying data between apps and running multi-step workflows you set up once. That is almost exactly what OpenAI's operator-style agents are learning to do: read a screen, click around and finish a task from a plain instruction. As general agents get reliable, hand-built browser scrapers start to look like a stopgap.
