ChatGPT can draft outreach and reason over data you paste in, but it doesn't own verified emails, phone numbers and firmographics for hundreds of millions of contacts. That proprietary, constantly-refreshed dataset is the moat. Apollo survived because the value is the data and the outreach engine around it, not the copywriting a chatbot can also do.
